01. General Information
Sauda Fashion FZC LLC is a UAE-based fashion house specializing in luxury Abayas, Jalabiyas, and bespoke couture. These terms apply to all digital interactions and physical orders placed through our platform.
02. Product Descriptions
While we strive for absolute accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to screen resolutions and studio photography. These minor differences are characteristic of luxury materials and do not qualify as defects.
03. Custom & Wholesale Terms
Specific protocols for high-volume and bespoke production:
- Non-Refundable Status
All customized, personalized, and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are crafted to unique customer specifications.
- Order Changes
Requests for changes must be made within 24 hours. Once the atelier begins processing, changes cannot be guaranteed.
04. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams). We accept major credit/debit cards and secure digital gateways. Customers remain responsible for any international customs duties or import taxes applied at their destination.
05. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, original designs, and imagery, is the exclusive property of Sauda Fashion FZC LLC. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
06. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
