This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Sauda Fashion FZC LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) manages returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website or directly from us. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
01. Retail Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for retail purchases. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags and original packaging are intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
02. Damaged or Defective Items
Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
- Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
03. Wholesale & Customized Orders
Due to the nature of customized and bulk production, special conditions apply:
Refund Eligibility
No refunds will be issued once the goods are delivered in proper condition. All orders are produced based on customer-approved specifications.
Resolution Process
If approved for damage, the item must be returned. We will repair, remake, or replace the product and ship it back free of charge.
04. Fabric, Color & Design Variations
Fabric selection and design are approved by the customer before production. Slight variations may occur due to:
- • Lighting Conditions
- • Screen Resolution
- • Material Availability
- • Bulk production limits
05. European Union Rights
EU residents have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason, applicable to Retail Only.
06. Refund Process
Once inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
